Fort Canning MRT (Exit B): ~5-minute walk

Great World MRT (Exit 1): ~10-minute walk

Buses 32, 54, 139, 195 stop along River Valley Road or Mohamed Sultan Road. Alight at Opp Mohd Sultan Rd (Bus Stop 13109) or Bef Kim Yam Rd (Bus Stop 13101)—both a short walk to New Bahru.

Use the Big Block or Factory drop-off points at New Bahru.

Limited parking is available on-site. $2 for the first hour, $1 per additional 30 mins (cars); $2 per entry (motorcycles).

A free daily shuttle bus runs every 40 minutes from 10:40am to 8:00pm, with pick-ups at Orchard Gateway (Somerset Road) and Fort Canning MRT (Exit B) to New Bahru.
